Luxton, how did you vote on #3, all new tech is allowed? If you
voted on this before, I can't find it. With your vote this whole fiasco can
be over and we can start designing mechs.

Aye.
EARLE:
What are we, pirates? It's 'Yea'. I'm getting you all copies of
Robert's Rules.
FITZPATRICK:
Congress uses Aye, as does, I believe, British Parliament and
the United Nations. That is sufficient precedent for me.
EARLE:
Fucking Model U.N. Looks like we're both right/wrong.
Verbal responses are traditionally 'aye' and 'no', but are usually recorded
and thereafter referred to as YEA and NAY
